When you are ready to apply — you can apply online through our website by selecting the “Apply Now” button. When registering, always use your BEST email address that you always check. Apply conveniently from home anywhere in the world! Georgian Green uses an all digital Application and Housing Agreement signing process to make applying super convenient and safe!
We will review your application within 72 hours.
If we are able to make you a housing offer, we will email you our Residence Housing Agreement (RHA) and Payment Link.
Rooms are secured on a First Come – First Served Basis. Meaning you must immediately complete the RHA and required payment.
If you wait… you risk losing your spot in residence.
Deposits are required to reserve your spot. Deposits are equivalent to your First Month’s rent and Last Month Deposit plus a $40 mattress cover fee and your Resident Events and Activities Programming Fee.
**There are additional processing fees when using the credit card payment method.
Final acceptance is done once we receive your RHA and fees, verify that we have a room for you, then we will process your acceptance to residence.

We will contact you via email with your acceptance details and more leading up to your arrival. Be sure to check your emails on a regular basis!.
