When you are ready to apply \u2014 you can apply online through our website by selecting the \u201cApply Now\u201d button. When registering, always use your BEST email address that you always check. Apply conveniently from home anywhere in the world! Next Step in Process<\/h5>\n

We will review your application within 72 hours.<\/p>\n

If we are able to make you a housing offer, we will email you our Residence Housing Agreement (RHA) and Payment Link.<\/p>\n

Rooms are secured on a First Come – First Served Basis<\/em><\/strong>. Meaning you must immediately complete the RHA and required payment.<\/p>\n

Deposit Payments<\/h5>\n

Deposits are required to reserve your spot.\u00a0 Deposits are equivalent to your First Month’s rent and Last Month Deposit plus a $40 mattress cover fee and your Resident Events and Activities Programming Fee.<\/p>\n

Acceptance<\/h5>\n

Final acceptance is done once we receive your RHA and fees, verify that we have a room for you, then we will process\u00a0 your acceptance to residence.<\/p>\n
