Complete Lease Document<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Once you complete the application process; we will send you a lease document to complete. All of our leasing and document signing is done through the Entrata\u2122<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>software system. Both yourself and your financial guarantor should keep an eye out for messages. Pay Deposits<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Pay Last Month\u2019s Rent at the time of lease signing. First Month\u2019s Rent is due one month before move-in. Deposits are required to reserve your spot. We accept payment online through the Entrata\u2122<\/span><\/strong> Tenant Portal. Accepted forms of online payment include banking pre-authorized payments (PAP), Interac debit, and credit card<\/strong>.
