During the academic year (September to April) as an added bonus there is complimentary housekeeping service provided bi-weekly. This service is provided only on the condition that the suite is accessible and ready for cleaning.

Rent & Parking
These two deposits must be paid by certified cheque or money order if mailed. Cash, Cheques, Debit card, VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted if payments are made in person at the Residence Management office. Credit card payments will not be accepted by fax or email.
Parking is charged by the semester, with the entire term payable in advance.
1 Semester is $200.00 – due at the beginning of your lease term. (September – December, or January – April).
2 Semesters is $400.00 – due at the beginning of your lease term. (September – April).
3 Semesters is $500.00 – due at the beginning of your lease term.(September – August).
Summer Parking Only is $100.00 – due at the beginning of your lease term. (May-August).
Commencing September 2018 – All visitors to Severn Court will be required to purchase a daily parking pass from the office at $10.00 per day.
*Prices and terms are subject to change with each leasing cycle or at management’s discretion. Notice will be posted within the residence if there are any parking changes/updates.
Security & Maintenance
In addition, Resident Advisors are onsite and available whenever the Residence Management office is closed. A private security company also provides services on a regular basis.
For all other maintenance issues, you should complete a maintenance request form in the office. Once completed, this form is given to the residence’s maintenance staff. Depending on the problem, repairs are usually completed within one week and will be attended to in priority sequence.
