All visitors to Severn Court will be required to purchase a daily parking pass from the office at $5.00 per day Monday to Friday. Parking is free on weekends starting after 5:00pm on Friday. Parking is also free on statutory holidays.
If the office is closed when your guest arrives, be sure to fill out the Severn Guest Parking Form from the link below. Charges will be added to your residence account.
