Resident Parking Information

Residence parking is an additional charge, not included in rent. Purchasing parking is optional as many students don’t have a vehicle.

Please visit the office to purchase parking.

PARKING RATES 2024 – 2025

Price is a one-time payment for the duration requested, due in full at or before the time of receiving the parking pass.

Summer 2024 Only (May 2024 – August 2024) – $150.00

Academic Year (September 2024 – April 2025) – $500.00 *

Full Year (September 2024- August 2025) – $700.00 *

Fall 2024 Only (September 2024- December 2024) – $300.00

Winter 2025 Only (January 2025 – April 2025) – $300.00

Summer 2025 Only (May 2025 – August 2025) – $200.00

*Save $100 compared to purchasing fall & winter terms separately.

Prices and terms are subject to change with each leasing cycle (annually) or at management’s discretion. Annual price changes will not be subject to notice, however if a change occurs during the term, a notice will go out via email. Any parking passes which are still valid and purchased at a previous price will be honoured.
