Apply conveniently from home anywhere in the world! Severn Court uses an all digital application and lease signing process to make applying super convenient and safe!
Once you complete the application process; we will send you a lease document to complete. All of our leasing and document signing is done through the Entrata™ software system. Both yourself and your financial guarantor should keep an eye out for messages. You can sign your lease from any computer, and even some mobile devices!
Pay Last Month’s Rent at the time of lease signing. First Month’s Rent is due one month before move-in. Deposits are required to reserve your spot. We accept payment online through the Entrata™ Tenant Portal. Accepted forms of online payment include banking pre-authorized payments (PAP), Interac debit, and credit card. If you are unable to pay online, or like to visit us face to face, we do accept Interac debit in person at our office (other payment methods not accepted in person).
We will contact you via email with your acceptance details and more leading up to your arrival. Be sure to check your emails on a regular basis!
