Price is a one-time payment for the duration requested, due in full at or before the time of receiving the parking pass.

Winter 2026 – 4 Months (January 2026 – April 2026) – $300.00
Summer 2026 – 4 Months (May 2026 – August 2026) – $200.00
Prices and terms are subject to change with each leasing cycle (annually) or at management’s discretion. Annual price changes will not be subject to notice, however if a change occurs during the term, a notice will go out via email. Any parking passes which are still valid and purchased at a previous price will be honoured.
